Import MOD files
Start "PowerDirectorExpress NE". Click the "File" button, and select "Import". Then, find & select the MOD file you want to edit.
When the file import is completed, you can see the file thumbnail displayed in the library.

Registered to the Timeline.
Drag & drop the thumbnail into "Video" on Timeline.

Trim Mode
Select the video clip you want to trim.
Then, click "Trim" button to open Trim option panel. Enter the time of Mark-in and Mark-out.
You may drag the mark in/mark out sliders to the correct time position. Click the Mark in and Mark out buttons.

Delete Mode
You may use "Delete" button to delete the part of scene you want to cut & delete.
